Hitachi HTS547564A9E384 640GB has a problem in FW
Some of FW has checksum error:
AVZN
CGDF
HLR1
HLR2
AMPM
SDM1
and one failed:
DMP1

Did any of these FW are important for DR
If I replaced them from SA-C or from another HDD, the data remain or gone!

Does any member face such this problem?

i don't think that those mod's are your problem (maybe CGDF) i just checked on a healthy HTS547550A9E384 drive and all of those mod's are problematic except for CGDF

it's very important mention, I have the same HDD specs and healthy, When I checked it, give me the same result
and read mod "CGDF" correctly.
When I see the content of two mod's, I found alot of different
and I check if I can write to this mod in patient HDD, I seccessed

I attament the content of two mod's to check them!

No, the problem doesn't solved for now.
I mean "I seccessed" to make write test to CGDF mod

Now, what the important of this mod, and If I replaced it with donor, Are that effect to data?

Do you have something like MRT Pro/PC-3000 with DE/HRT-DRE that can image with selective heads ? Data compass can do that ? I don't have DC so i don't know how it works, but assuming that it can do copy with single heads try to clone/image with one head at a time like this :

Regards.
