 Post subject: Device not ready. Please check connection

This is the first time I am using salvation data's HD Doctor and after I install the software and attach my hard drive box, I just get the the error "Device not ready. Please check connection" and the program closes. Can someone please let me know what is the issue

Check the USB cable.
Also check the device manager and be sure that you update the XLYSOFT driver.

The issue it it's Salvation Data tools. Even after you get the drivers all set up and finally get the program to open, it still won't work for you. Sorry to say you wasted your money.
