How to move a complete physical zone in P-list of a WD drive

This video will teach you Many things
Some times a hard disk have good heads but few bad sectors, and user start Self Scan , but it fails and shows that the defects log are full, in this case user always cut the head. But now there is no need to cut the head, you can cut the faulty zone which making the defects log exceed.
There is no tool in the market which have such functions and we are happy to release such things to make repairing easy and easy.

1. Move Physical zone in to P-list. (Total Physical zones are 20 )
2. Move a range of cylinders into P-list.
3. Increase P-list to move many zone.
4. Formatting with P-list.
5. Translator Regeneration.
6. ATA Scan for Bad sector Removing. Setting of ATA scan.
7. How to repair a Self scan failed hard disk due to defects log exceed.

In the video there are many things, Only the ATA scan will not cut the zone, if ATA scan find continuous bad blocks then head goes weak and at the end the drive start clicking.

Because on every bad block the head gets too much load of current etc.

you must need to run ATA scan for a few bad sector drive with +- 8 CYL option.
so if a bad appear the software multiply it with 8 and then add in to cylinders.

Hi Popica
Some time you can cut the head, and make hdd 160GB (If hdd have 2 heads and cap is 320Gb). yes its good.

But what you do if hdd both heads have 5 faulty zones and 15 good zones?

ARCO and SF will fail to repair this, and shows defects log are full.
Head cut will success, but the remaining head also have 5 faulty zone and 15 good zones, which makes your hdd not repairable.

in that situation the Zone move to P-list will help you, and its takes less time as compared to ARCO and SF.
