I am looking for a company or professional in the USA to establish a relationship to send work from my shop.
My main line of business is installation and set up of media centers and media servers, we also do a lot of tech support for all kinds of gadgets, we get a lot of calls like "hey I bought this thing I do not how to use it" or "I started to put together a family video o photo album and I do not know how to finish or even start it", our success, I want to believe is due or personal attention and for the most part in house support. In an effort to provide more services and because the demand went up for a good period of time, I acquire tools to offer the data recovery service my self (I had some prior experience), it went well but it was just taking to much of my time, so I decide to sell the equipment.
Many prior customers that moved out of town still call us for remote support, from setting up a network to how I do this formula in excel, etc. This customers are the ones that more frequent than others send to us their equipment to repair and they also occasionally recommend us to others.
Data recovery cases seem to come in spurts, long time can pass with out one case then suddenly we get 4 o 5 cases every week, January I had over 40 cases yet March and April I had none, May I had 10 all month and I had to send some outside or ask my customers to send them directly to other place. most of those drives went to different companies, I follow up with all the customers, each experience was different from really bad like "this guys have no idea what they are doing" to excellent and smooth and couple very good data recovery but very $$$ eager with many unforeseen or extra costs, some really high, honestly in one case some outrageous charges for something like "Electro magnetic monitoring of UDMA interface for data transfer validation and verification......... $$$$$$$$"

All you have to do is google data recovery terms and sign as a partner with whoever you will most comfortable with.
