Looking for a right hand guy who can "really" do the following:

- perform head and platter exchanges
- trace and fix circuit boards
- work PC3K and Data Extractor
- flash and SSD recovery skills (PC3K Flash and Soft Center)
- strong trouble shooting skills is essential
- able to handle multiple tasks without supervision
- legally able to work in Canada
- speak English clearly enough to be understood by clients

Although I have no problem asking questions and using product technical support from time to time, I am looking for someone who can actually do recoveries and not always rely on someone else to do it for them.

If you are interested, please email your CV, availability and salary expectations to careers(AT)recoveryforce.com

That would depend a lot on what you are able to handle and bring to the table.

I have decided to train a guy from the ground up. Too many people just looking for a bigger pay check, and when someone else offers them more, they are gone. Not worth the headaches.

I have decided to train a guy from the ground up (how sure you are he will learn everything from you & not Leave? or start his own right next street from you) someone else offers them more, they are gone(if he get more from other company why you think he will stay with you only). Not worth the headaches(this will be Real Headache Train someone & he will do same to you).

If you get a very skilled tech, then a year later a thread such as Payams comes up ( http://forum.hddguru.com/viewtopic.php?f=23&t=30103 ).. the guy might decide to shift to there, no guarantees either way. The OP chose one method, didn't get results he was looking for and changed it up. I think if you get the right trainee you can really benefit.

Also there is an old saying: "The best way to REALLY learn something is to teach it."

When it comes push to shove, you cant spend your life looking as every day that goes by is another day without the staff member.
