If your data recovery work is mostly all logical (as your website alludes to) you might think about just setting up a workstation with appropriate software and paying someone from a professional lab to remotely handle the work. I know I'd be willing to do some extra logical recoveries on a simple percentage of the charge basis, and I know some other guys who would as well.

Might save you cash in the long run from what it will cost to hire an employee. Plus you'll get someone who's got years of dedicated data recovery experience on an as needed basis.

Just my 2 cents.

he only knows logical recovery which maybe he still not perfect.. better if you search a good data recovery engineer who only work for your company and have interest to build your company.. don't think to save money think to expand the business.
