start data recovery unit?

what tools to you have or planning to invest in?

without proper in-depth knowledge and experience, 'repair engineers' end up causing more problems to user data.

Guys with proper knowledge...(usually) invest in tools and end up starting their own recovery centers rather than work for startups...

you can invest in hardware cloning tools( deepspar .etc.) to handle easier problems and outsource difficult cases..

Given that he says "repair engineer" I suspect he's looking to "fix" and refurbish drives. Problem is, anyone who knows how to do this also knows they can make 5x as much money in data recovery as they can refurbishing old drives. So you'll never find anyone who wants the job.
