We have regular jobs to outsource, all works shall be done with DFL-WD II ..

Can you clarify?

Outsource as in you are looking to outsource, or are you providing a data recovery service?

the way i understand it he is looking to outsource cases that he receives.

but... first you don't know where is he located maybe Argentina (i doubt he is gonna ship it to you form Argentina).

second there is a condition

which means if you use other tools (lets say PC3K for example) you are not qualified even if you get the job done

I read it as he has DFL WD II and wants someone to help him with a recovery by TeamViewer or similar. He perhaps hasn't asked for help in the DFL forum because perhaps he bought the DFL WD II used and can't/hasn't re-registered it, IDK.

I think you are right Larry. He's looking to outsource the work remotely, and DFL is what he has.

Makes sense.
He is better to look on the DFL forums, there is a wealth of knowledge on there.
