and you can buy usb pen which has lots of recovery instructiins+video and wd,seagate manuals.

For $200 USD, you can transfer the license to yourself, which then entitles you to access the manuals, updates, case studies and other resources on DFL's file-sharing server. I think it also entitles you to a limited number of remote support sessions, but I'm not certain of that part. Check with DFL.
