Could someone tell me if there are a problem with Hard Copy II, like the unit hang up, it's happend when we try to clone a hard drive of 2 Tb

hello not had any issues with ours have you tried to update to the new firmware
possible the drive has bad sectors at the end.
for a 2tb you could be in around 5 hours to clone it or less
