Hello,

drive become ready under PC3000, but when I try to work with WD utility become busy.
If I block SA access and load LDR from SA in kernel mode I can backup resources.
But when I allow SA access and power off/on same behavier.
I try also to replace heads. Same behavier.

Any advice

Have you backed up all files from the WD drive? You can repair the drive with ARCO but all data will be gone
