The FANTOM hhd not recognized

Hi,
I have a FANTOM 2T hhd not recognized, I can hear the starting noise, just nothing on computer.

I opened it and pictures attached, I don't know how to attache a video, need help on how to repair it please.

The finger move in and out when power on.

BTW. the finger just move that far as picture shown, can't goes to the center, this maybe the problem?

It is a very bad trend going on these years that many people consider such things DIY while they just screw things up and make the recovery more difficult. It wasn't a smart move to remove the lid in the first place, even less smart to apply power and run the drive opened, when you need data from it.
