Can someone remind me the best way to add Banks into a case retrospectively, ie without losing page structure already completed.

Go back to the Root in source structure (or you can edit structure of markers table) remove Block and add Bank (divide your dump size by number of banks to get a bank size).
Then don't forget to add Block into newly created Bank structure. You won't loose page structure unless you do edit inside the page.

Thanks Sasha. Banks added. Do I need to specify a Bank position under Bank structure? If so how?

Nope, no need.
Just select your Bank structure from drop down box in Markers table.

P.S. Revising now this Bank feature, will simplify it, I see it's kinda too many steps to do such a simple thing.
