Does the drive spin ok without any strange clicking noise ?

If so please post terminal log here.

Also check NRG list entries. Are there any ?

Can you backup sys.files ? If so backup them and attempt a translator regeneration, if it fails you will need to fix translator.

If the drive does click do not attempt anything.

But post log first.
