i don't know about MRT (i don't think it's different) but just tried on PC3K took an HDD 3.5" (Tornado 2R family) and chose a random family (Hubble LT (2.5")) checked if the details are correct and read mod C5 with no problem and no harm for the drive

p.s. after this little experiment i don't think the family name matters in general (maybe just for more complex things)

Select some family like Trails and SA structures should be very similar, and with this you can read C5

As we have a distributor in India, it is more convenient if you can contact him for product consultation and technical support. I think it is quite reasonable and it is our rule. If there is any problem that cannot be solved by distributor, we can offer help.

Well,
Every Working HDD Is Spoiled And Then We Are Told " Head Issue " . You Need To Sponsor Him To China And Make Him Undergo a HDD Training [ No Offence Syam You Are a Good Man ,But HDD Knowledge Is Not Upto Mark ] . Hence I Tremble Taking Teamviewer Support From Him .Might Be Once I Do Some Cool Things To MRT Or For MRT Users The Perception Will Change Towards Me .Also Are You Doing Something About Manuals .Those Chinglish Once Rock Big Time And Put PC-3000 Manuals To Shame [ Pun Intended Big Time ]
