Go to terminal mode, and enter T-Level.

1. Enter serial binary mode (if you cannot enter T-Level in terminal mode, you will not be able to enter serial binary mode). Check zone table with command "2>x" (if you cannot see zone table with this command, there is no way to read/write tracks).

2. Test tracks of firmware zone: Tools -> Backup and restore tracks -> Read fimware from tracks, click "Test tracks"
There may report some errors.
Repair bad tracks: Tools -> Backup and restore tracks -> Read fimware from tracks (select bad tracks to read). Check the option "continue even if error occurs" and click "Start reading".
Tools -> Backup and restore tracks -> Write fimware from tracks (select bad tracks to write). Click "Start writing".
Now you can read again to see if there is error. If not, that is to say you have repaired the bad tracks successfully. If error occurs, there must be head problem.

3. Enter terminal mode. Recalculate translator. Power off the disk and then power on.
