mrt needs to consider their users timezones.

I am in california PST timezone.

It seems that MRT doesn't really get around to responding to their customers till after their lunchtime (it seems).

I just recently realized that 5pm my time is 9am their time.
So I need answers and they make me wait until 2-3 oclock in the morning.

At 9am Chinatime they should have lots of help in the office, engineers etc.

SO MRT - how bout dedicating a engineer for support in hours that kinda match your customers?
