MRT Pro (Online version) - today paid it - experience thread

November 23rd, 2015, 6:13

This is a thread where I share my experiences with the MRT Pro (Online version - you have to be online) - inital payment 360 dollars + shipping in my case 31 dollars that I paid today and hopefully will receive by the end of the week.

My first impression in the beginning is that:

the payment option is very fair. When you don't need it you don't have to pay the monthly 150 $. And activate the product by the next payment again for 30 days.

That made it very easy for me to made a decision for buying it. Less risky than one big payment!

Can't say anything about the tool right now... I'll keep you informed.

Benjamin

DR is Investment Biz. you invest 10k in order to get 100k
investing in 5$ tool (with all my respect) will not point you anywhere it is a risk you might TAKE or NOT

Just think: What If their Server goes Offline for a day or two, everytime you start the App will verify online your lic.
how do you run your Biz. based on MAY or MAY NOT

good luck

(my Point of view)

Well,
If Your Subscription Expires You Have To Activate In 90 Days .Otherwise You Pay 90 dollars again + USD 150 For Activation .Its a Brilliant Tool For The Money .Its a Shame That No One Has Done a Effort For Proper Promotion .

PS : I Have 2 Units Along With PC3k Etc Etc [ Only Deepspar Pending Investment ]

Exactly, Spildit!

How come I never see used MRT's offered for sale here? I'm referring to the offline version. I'm sure many (myself included) would be interested. What do they charge to transfer the license (so you have access to the forums in your own name, not the previous owner's)?

Anyway, Ben, by all means, let us know how it goes.

Sounds like a good way to test if DR is right for you. Although you should know that historically, China tools are here today and gone tomorrow technology. There will be a day when these companies can't keep up with reverse engineering other products and simply vanish.

MRT Pro was sent yesterday morning. Curious which way the package will take...

edit: The order was taken by Emma (working name: funny thing ;-)) at 8 p.m. she had 1 hour sales talk with me - next day on tuesday morning chinese time they sent the package

So if you don't pay for the month, the tool cant be used at all?

First you pay approx. 391 dollars inclusive shipping. Then you have a 30 days trial... and every time you pay 150 dollars it is "recharged" for 30 day as I understood it.

At the end if you decide that data recovery is for you and you start doing big money out of it you can invest in better tools !

Exactly!

Anyway, Ben, by all means, let us know how it goes.

For sure!

Well,
Its Slowly Becoming a Good Tool .As If a Feature is Not Implemented Properly Its Being Removed .The Latest Software is Very stable Also.I Have Two Units Running 24x7 In My Lab Friends .It Will Have Its share of Disappointments Also . Few Days Ago it Was Able To Read All Modules And Tracks From One WDC Family But Not Read ROM + ROM Modules .But Then Such Issues Can Be Reported So That Developer Can Fix Them .

Australian internet fails pigeon test (Oct 29, 2009):
http://www.itnews.com.au/news/australia ... est-159232

A pigeon has transferred a 700 megabyte file faster than a car or a Telstra ADSL internet connection in rural Australia.

The bizarre experiment, conducted in rural New South Wales, was prompted by a comment by Prime Minister Kevin Rudd in Parliament last week whilst attacking the Liberal Party for its opposition to the bill that proposed to split Telstra.

"If the Liberals had their way Australians would be left using carrier pigeons for the future rather than accessing an internationally competitive broadband network," Rudd said.

ABC television's Hungry Beast program thought they'd take Rudd up on his challenge.

The hosts noted a similar test that had been done in South Africa where an IT company tested their own internet speeds by replacing it with a carrier pigeon. The pigeon won.

"Surely our internet speeds are faster than a pigeon," asked co-host Dan Ilic.

The race started in Tarana New South Wales and finished 132 kilometres away in Prospect.

The pigeon arrived first clocking in at one hour and five minutes, the car two hours and ten minutes and the internet dropped out twice and didn't even make it at all. When the upload began on the internet connection the estimated time of upload was between four and nine hours.

"So Prime Minister, maybe you should think twice before dissing carrier pigeons," Ilic said.
