You could try posting your question on the MRT Support Forum. I have to admit I find their dual head terminal adapter rather annoying.

connection on terminal is wrong. you should see white dot on terminal and red side of your cable should be there... hope it will help.

Just plug your cable in the other way on the USB adapter so that the red edge of the cable (pin 1) is connecting to pin 1 on the adapter.
