WD5000LPVT Cannot Clone

Hi,

i am used MRT tool.

i have WD5000LPVT 2.5" 500gb HDD,

This HDD detect well, i am check 2 HEAD also Good, but cannot clone sectors.

please advice to what i need to do get data ?

What kind of error you've got?
Better to provide error code. If it is not possible, at least, tell is it ABR, UNC, AMNF in ATA registers?
