Hi

I have also posted this on their forum but there the things are moving slowly, maybe here I have more luck.

So,any time I try to work with these hdds I get something like this.The hdd is unlocked of course.
As you can see the hdd respond with ABRT when I press refresh firmware and it is doing the same thing when I try to read modules.
And of course I can't read or write modules or do anything by ATA. Only Sys files can be read by terminal.
Is it something I do wrong? Is it only me ? Does anyone have this issue?
