When switch on i got the following error in terminal and spin down

I already replaced PCB but nothing changed.

Nobody can be sure...especially about someone else's ability. We do know that you, for sure, that the data won't be recovered without first changing the heads. But, what happens after that depends on your skills and the overall condition of the platters.
