Can you upload the resources, including a ROM and track dump?

I suspect that most of the CP errors are bugs in your tool.

I think the problem should be no accessing SA/Data area. Probably bad heads or media damage, since he can only read CP from PCB and nothing from SA...

Track 1 damaged, need to read it first, than write it to repair the logical damage.

There are several "Err" CPs which are ROM resident, eg 33, 92, 95. I believe these "errors" are due to a bug in the tool rather than a damaged ROM. A ROM dump would enable us to confirm this. In any case these false errors are obfuscating the real problem.

MRT does that even on healthy drives, so I don't care it too much.

Have you given the case closed or do you want to get the data from that disk?
