The first thing you have to do is unlock the firmware.
With this you will have access to read the SA.

Once you have access to the SA, make a complete copy of all the resources of the SA, if it leaves you and then you will know that it is not a problem of heads.

I think that disk can be easy to solve, but do not rush.

I do not understand a thing of this case.
If the heads are wrong, how can the model and capacity detect without problems?

I would do the following:
First unlock the firmware to access the SA.
Then repair mcmt problem.
And I hope you have access to the data.
I hope they have not damaged their heads.

@HddDonorMarket

I hope not this drive is a client case, you really need some basic training.
ROM for that drive will tell you all you need to chose the right donor.

What a ....

HDD owners saying drive not opened. But opened before. No filter inside. Ramp mounted wrong so head stacked front ramp. Sticker removed by someone. I saw when look again drive cover closely. I am not sure about if that rom original. So guarantee paper come with drive. Drive model number different on that paper.
I have 2 donor. But don't know whether possible to get data if ROM not original.
Look like I would spend 1 random donor . Look like this would be a bad experience and I would spend a donor. I don't like Seagate also.

If ROM is not original, you can't do nothing to recover it.
