I suggest you to work with ram operation, load module list from hard drive and use second, most of the time works for me.

first close systme area in rom
power off , on
open system area in RAM
work with ram operation, load module list from hard drive and use second,
open system area in Rom
power off , on
with this method I solve 90% of loader problem.
