If T Prompt not reachable then how to find the preamp type from the ROM image File using MRT?

What's the model of your drive?
It may be possible to find out the preamp value if you know how to manually analyze the rom.
If you can upload rom file i may try to find it for you.

Open the ROM in a Hex editor and search for text strings around the head preamp details, which varies from drive to drive. You'll have to research this on your own, seek the assistance of someone who can help or hope that someone is willing to share the details publicly.
