Did you test that the driver is able to select different I/O supply voltages? I would think that the software would do this via the bridge IC's GPIO pins. AFAICT, the function of the GPIO pins would be defined by the software or the driver. |

What does MRT mean by "automatic detect"? Does the software select an I/O voltage based on the drive's model number or family, or does it actually sense the Tx/Rx voltages at the drive's terminal port? If the user selects the wrong family, does the I/O voltage automatically change to correspond to the selected family? What is the purpose of the 3.3/2.5/1.8V jumper block? Is this a manual override? If so, then one would expect a related option in the drop-down menu. I don't see such an option in the demo video. |
