But, he said no clicking sounds and spinning normal. I'm assuming that it remains spinning. If it spins down, heads for sure.

when drive start it did't click as per terminal log, later it start.
could be problem with SA or Heads

i think head 0 not working properly. it has very poor reading. if you have a well experiance about head cleaning it would be work.
