WD 10SPZX responds very slow, it spins no clicking sound and connect to MRT shows HDD information also can open file explorer in MRT and see all the files and view them but when we try to clone it to another hard drive it copies super slow. already unlocked the ROM and MRT support had a look said head 1 is weak but I tried to test the heads in MRT and both passed with OK.
any help would be appreciated

MRT head test when is ok just means that heads are still alive.
So it doesn't mean head 1 is in good condition, that head can be weak as MRT support tech told you.
Weak heads do read slowly or read badly in many zones.
