Hi,

I recently got an mrt ultra card, and the pio write speed reaches 40 MB per second without changing in the default conditions, but my colleague has a speed of 80 MB per second with the same conditions and the same hard drive!

I talked to the mrt support team and they couldn't fix the problem and sent me a new card, but the conditions are still the same and it didn't affect the speed!

I tested with a newer system with Asus prime b760m-k motherboard with intel 12400 CPU, the speed is not more than 27 megabytes per second!

Do you have any comments?

My windows is 11 pro and I have 8 GB of RAM

I would think that the motherboard chipset is the limiting factor in PIO mode. You didn't say which motherboard your colleague has, unless "same conditions" implies identical computer hardware and OS.

This is the specification of my colleague's system :
Amd Ryzeb 5 2400G
Asus TUF b450-plus gaming

I tested it on two other computers and it was the same problem again, the interesting thing is that they were all Intel based!

What did you test?
Your hdd with friend computer+friend mrt card as was implied from your words before?
How about install colleague mrt on your system or vice versa?
You should get an answer in this situation.
