8 and 9 would be breaking the law in any civilised jurisdiction. "Customer Control" is just plain weird.

They may have mistranslate "control". "Monitoring" most like to be the correct word.

"Monitoring" sounds just as creepy over here. Maybe the word has a different meaning in Putin's Russia?

i think that there are instituations better designed for the people who would want to get involved with the particular venture. The rooms with padded walls could act as clean rooms.

Greetings Guys , Wishing you a very Happy & prosperous new year.
Actually this has underlined need of a genuine free ( or paid) ethical organization which will facilitate contact / knowledge and business sharing.
If someone has query from another continent or nation, members from organization can share details of partner in that country .
There will be authenticity in such referral.

You are insinuating that business who apply are in need of management and the new 'Federation' would make them profitable. That doesn't make sense. If they are successful data recovery companies (the ideal members) they are not in need to management. Unless you want second tier data recovery companies so you can have more 'control' of their business.

I think the word 'ethical' is the crux of the matter. We have a group (http://www.datarecoveryprofessionals.org) which was set up for that very reason. We had all met at training courses, conferences etc. So we have confidence in each others abilities and professionalism. We made it free to join (just basic costs to run the group such as website hosting etc). We communicate everyday and discuss business issues and data recovery cases (we are not the only group like this). We all have total confidence in any referrals we give. To me it is the ideal group setup. Any new members would be personally known the the majority of the group. That way while we don't want to 'control' the group, we do have full confidence in its members.

I think that the guy just wants for someone to pay him the $50 entry fee as most likely he couldn't sell his "games" to anyone ...
