Despite the strange characters instead of some text , the problem is clear. To repair the drive only two things (in this order) are needed:

1) PC3000 , CARD + SOFTWARE
2) Operator.

The 2) is mandatory, 1) can be replaced with other tool.

it be cheaper to give it to BlackST to fix than buy your own tools. Also tools don't come with knowledge and experience so they may well be a waste of money.

For those that dont recognise the dump to me it looks like it is from the old version of PC3000 for DOS.. They run on the old ISA bus.

The corruption in the list appears to be codepage problems - for those that remember DOS.

I can see a problem in this line:

23 1B 02C2 0019 - - - AT_POL - G-List

The three - - - indicate that the module has not been read.
Rewrite an empty G-List from another drive, then repair the G-List. this will correct the checksum and headers.

27 1F 0008 0001 - - - DISK - ¯ ᯮàâ ¤¨áª

This module has the same problem and is the DISK ID module and can be copied from an other drive with same FW.

this is a perfect example of why the right, and up to date tools are required. This looks like a 5 minute repair with the correct tools and knowledge.

Maybe you should think about outsourcing this job, maybe BlaskST can help. Otherwise you could try a HotSwap assuming you have a donor you can write the appropriate client modules to.
