All of the sudden when I go to reply to a topic I'm getting the message that it'll need to be approved before posting. Anyone else having this issue? Did I get put on probation or something?

Hi,

It could happen if your IP is on a blacklist of some sort. This usually automagically resolves in few days.

Hmm... I guess that's the hazard of having a dynamic IP address. Maybe I'll have to unplug my modem for a couple hours so it grabs a new one.

Thanks Dmitry! I was nervous that I was in trouble for something.

Why for a few hours? You just need to power off/on your router and you'll be assigned a new IP.

My modem/router has a Disconnect-Connect page in its HTML interface. I only need two button clicks to get a new IP address.

Yep, some models have that feature. Mine is a VoIP router (Speedport) which has all sort of goodies in its interface.

i think every modem/router have a reboot button (of course it takes i little longer than a Disconnect-Connect button, but still...)
