I tried creating my signature through control panel but I am getting message that I am not authorized to define a signature.
So Can you please suggest why I am getting such a message? When & how can be I authorized to define the same?

Thank You for the reply. The info is really helpful.
So after being regularly active will I be able to create my signature as well as send private messages?
