Post got flagged for moderator after editing

I replied in a thread, all was good, then I edited and added a short sentence and was still good, then I edited again and changed one word in the new sentence and my reply post was then flagged for moderator approval. I know there is a quick (5 or 10 minute) time when editing is allowed, and I know I have performed quick afterthought edits before without issue, as long as it did not time out. This is the first time I have had a post flagged for moderator approval. Is there some new requirement for editing, or something else like a glitch or an overactive spam filter?

My post was still missing today, so I re-posted. I learned long ago that anything more than a short post should be done in a word processor first for cases like this, where the post was eaten by the system. Still not sure what happened
