Hello I have a HDD HITACHI HTS721080G9AT00 OF 80GB, I have changed the heads and the PCB to him and even so does not calibrate me and HARD's error gives me

Want knowing why happens to this to me and if it can get solved with any tool.

Some things that might have happend :

1 - You put in incorrect PCB/Heads.
2 - You damaged the Heads in the process of the head stack replacement.
3 - You have Damaged platters.
4 - You have firmware problem.

If you have done your work inside a clean room or cabinet and if you are sure to have correct PCB and working Heads/preamp then most likely your problem is inside the negative sectors of the disk and you will need PC-3000 to fix it.
