Cannot access Forum but can access Files section

Respected Admin.

I am facing a big problem while accessing this site. from my home PC. elsefrom everywhere i can access it. This is what i get every time accessing from any of my pc and even from Linux.

Altough I can access files.hddguru.com. but forum i cannot access. Did u blocked any IP ( i think its conflicting with my DSL IP.)

You don't have permission to access / on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Something block me too, but only IE, Firefox and Opera; i have dinamic IP. What is going on?
