Does anyone have any information on a database utility called Multifile, and published in the (I think) early 1990s by a company called Twenty One Hundred?

Internet searches reveal practically nothing. I have some MOD data that I'm trying to convert from Plasmon MO discs - but the data is of a nature that I'm unable to let my software engineer have samples to try to extract, sp that avenue is closed I also believe the data is compressed and possibly encrypted.
