Hi guys! I'm a newbie here.
I wonder if HDD Raw Copy Tool supports 4k sectors (Advanced Format - AF). And how can I verify that my operating system really uses 4k native access?
Just because an OS supports AF doesn't mean it natively works, right? I've never done image of Advanced Format drive before.
I need to make a raw copy of WD Caviar Green WD5000AADS that is in a pretty bad shape. I don't want to mess it up and let the system do legacy R/W access that makes unnecessary operations and slows the whole process down.
