 Post subject: how to proceed with wdr 6.0

I have one bad WD 250GB hdd and wdr 6.0 in win 8 load and the WDR is detecting the hdd with all nomencletures.
The hdd though detected is problematic may be head bad.

How to proceed with this type of situation?? I am going for repair of drive NO DATA RECOVERY.

wdr is best for wd hdds.

what is best for HITACHI drives?
