Hi!

I have 1 TB version of the harddrive mentioned at topic. It have locked itself and i need to open it somehow to get my files and photos etc.

Inserted sata-power cable to my hdd - waited it to power down - inserted usb to my front panel - installed drivers - devmgmt shows under Ports (COM and LTP) new device which is this hdd, COM3 port and max speed 38400 - In hyper terminal i set these settings to my connection and connected - hyper terminal shows that i am connected - pressed: CTRL + Z which gives me nothing
