 Post subject: HDDErase 4.0 Stuck on Drive Screen

I have booted into HDDErase 4.0 and replied to the prompts where I pressed Y a few times. HDDErase is stuck on the screen that shows the attached drives.

P0 is NONE
P1 is ATA device WDC WDXXXXXXXXX-XXXXXX _

The screen is stuck with a blinking curson on the end of the P1 line. Why is HDDErase getting stuck?
