The hard drive of my computer suddenly stopped working. is not allowed to read or access to extract the information, high professional and personal value, including my studies images of my oncological condition. Can someone guide me and help me? Cuba alive so the solution can not be sent to somewhere ... Very grateful

Hi,
First tell us the brand and model of the hard disk.
Is it detected in BIOS ? Does windows starts to load, or is there some unusual message on screen ?
