may be of some help. It still ends up being a humongous file often too large to share with the client. I've also tried browsing the recovered images in Picas and creating a video to share what I see, but it's often still too large. What I finally found that works best for me, is to set up a remote support session using AnyDesk and reverse sides as I browse the thumbnails in Picasa and chat on the phone with the customer. It lets them direct my attention to folders of particular interest without wading through all the chaff. The only problem so far is, I need to disable their ability to use their keyboard/mouse during the session so they don't run amuck, and I have been unable to do so, so far. It should work; I just haven't been able to get it to do so.
