I check near 10 SAS HDD, totally broken HDD's in a new version... Do not recommend!!!

I am looking for a tool that would allow me to read and write the service area of Seagate 15k.7 Fibre Channel drives. Has anyone used this application linked to in this thread? I don't read Chinese, and I don't see any readme in the zip file.
