I found out this forum a bit late..
I made big mistakes
Hope the data still can be recoverd.
I opened the drive and twisted a bit the top head and plugged the usb and powered it.
I also dropped a screw driver but no marks left, i know its still realy bad.
I didn't knew what is the problem but after seeing a few videos i noticed that all the heads should move when it powered on.
And only the top head moved.
I wanted to buy and replace the heads my self but i probably need to buy the right tools from HDDsurgery right? And the price is high so its better to send it to the lab.
But after doing the stupid things i've done is there a chance they will be able to recover the data?

And another last ques..
I couldn't find a hard drive with the same DCM. Is that important to have also the right DCM?

Thank you
I'm currently in Israel. Prices are high here as well but lower i believe then Sweden Or the US.
What i did so far is to use EaseUS to recover images i had in the past on my working HD's. Laptop and Another external HD. Didn't recover all of them.

I don't do internal work, but I didn't know heads could move separately, some have headstacks where heads move across platter at different times?
The other things in the OP first message don't sound good, but ignoring that for a moment..

what would help the forum out is first knowing the model of the western digital you have.

1tb or 2tb or more or less

as there be a lot of heads on bigger drives and more problems to over come.

also all head-stacks move together and not one at a time

replacing the old head-stack with a new one your going to need a head-stack tool.
which is going to cost you money.

and finding the correct head-stack for that model of drive.

this will be a expensive hobby your have and possible lose money
in the process.

if the data is important sent it to a pro and dont try DIY
