It needs to have lower level access to the disks, so probably not. |

Have you read up on what a LLF means these days, and align it with your intended purpose? There may be many other ways to go about fulfilling your goal. |

That answers my question. Is the info here wrong? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Disk_formatting#Low-level_formatting_.28LLF.29_of_hard_disks are you actually trying to do a Low Level Format or something else I don't understand this: Emre Kagan wrote: Hmm. One more : Create a bootable disk/usb with the manufacturer´s test utility. They generally have a option to write zeros to the drive. |

Seems he doesn't want to actually do any operation but specifically wants to know if this specific tool is Win10 compatible 100%. Said so via PM. |
