Cutting Drive LBA from Start

m new to this forum kindly i want to cut lba or space of Hard drive from begin mean start with manual space option as DM do but its cuting 2.gb space with split 4 or 3 partition i need more space to cut which software do that ?

in dm when creating patition first partition create with 55 type and create as long partition nondos as u want...
