If you were in my country I would fix your drive for 20-30 min and you would pay about 15$, but in your country the things are different. The GREED is in power and you can't find help from anybody. So try your enemies:

The last one that i did took one day to image by hardware.

Even if you apply the Slow Fix on WD drives the "slow problem" is normaly caused by a "patch" of bad sectors, on the majority of cases that i've saw a consecutive LBA range that have read problems / bad sectors and imaging the data out of that patch might be troublesome sometimes.

Sure a "slow issue" fix it's a thing that i do in less then 5 min. but if you want to take the job to the end you will need to clone/image the drive and if the file alocation table is damaged and/or if you can't directly mount the clone/image you might still need some extra scanning with logic recovery tools and extraction to other drive.

At first i was doing lot of works/cases cheap and sometimes free but the problem is that when you start to have many cases you will need drives to copy the data to and the time to clone/extract the data might be a "problem". It's not a problem if you are doing one case/week or less. Wait untill you start to recieve several drives a day....

$15 wouldn't pay for the electricity of having your systems running to image the damaged drive + scaning the image + plug another drive and extract the data + wait to confirm the data was recieved by the client ok (sometimes i keep images for weeks so i need several drives....) + clearing your images/clones when you confirm that all is ok, etc ....

The drive is "Mariner" not "Zephyr" , so "slow response" is very unlikely. In my practice Mariner drives come with messed up SA mainly. Diagnostics takes a few minutes....and is usually free of charge.
