Customer has restored his Windows 10 with factory restore without backing up any data. Is there any software other than the cheap DR software that might have a better chance of recovering any data not overwritten?

DMDE - raw recovery + file structure if possible.

It looks promising but now It's finished it asks me to buy it, which is what I want to do but it also tells me to make sure that the software has found the data I want, which it seems you can't do, or at least not easily. I'm waiting for a reply from them at the moment. Any ideas what I can do to check that some of the data is actually there? There seem to be a lot of useful looking folders but I can't seem to open or save them.
I managed to recover thousands of photos with another product which is 90% of what the customer wanted so this is just a bit on top...

Do you think it's worth buying the product?
